Position Overview

The CFO is a high-impact executive role reporting directly to the CEO. As CFO at Esthe Depot, you will serve as the financial architect of our fast-scaling global beauty-tech brand. You will lead all aspects of finance, including FP&A, accounting, business intelligence, legal compliance, strategic forecasting, and capital planning. Your insight and execution will be crucial to shaping our growth and ensuring financial integrity throughout our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Design and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support business growth, profitability, and scalability.
• Build financial models and forecasting tools that empower strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead budgeting, cash-flow planning, and long-range financial planning processes.

Business Partnering and KPI Ownership

• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop executive dashboards and actionable insights that improve performance and identify opportunities.
• Support product pricing, promotional strategies, and international market expansion through financial analysis.

Accounting, Compliance & Legal Oversight

• Oversee accounting processes, including month-end close, audits, tax planning, and compliance with US GAAP and international regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, financial institutions, and other professional partners.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and effective risk mitigation as the business scales.

Business Intelligence & Technology Integration

• Own the business-intelligence roadmap and work cross-functionally to implement reporting systems that enable real-time insights and automation.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to align financial infrastructure with evolving business needs.

Capital Strategy & Strategic Initiatives

• Lead strategic projects including fundraising, M&A evaluations, and investment planning for new markets and technologies.
• Contribute to board-level communications, growth strategy, and high-impact executive decisions.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in high-growth, product-based businesses; CPG, wellness, or technology-enabled sectors are preferred.
• Strong FP&A, accounting, and operational-finance experience.
• Expertise in financial modeling, Excel, BI tools, and financial systems.
• Experience supporting M&A, international operations, or venture-backed growth is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
